TPP provided transport advice in respect of a proposed mixed-use development in Egham, comprising a Waitrose foodstore and an 80 bedroom Travelodge hotel. Parking is to be provided in a single level basement car park with a ground level service yard for the Waitrose store. TPP produced a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to support the planning application. The project also required the closure of an existing public highway for which TPP prepared and managed the S247 stopping up application.
