Transport Planning Practice were appointed by Paul Street Hotel LLP to advise on the transport issues associated with the redevelopment of 49-51 Paul Street, Hackney.
The site was previously occupied by a private car park and the scheme proposals were for a 213 bedroom hotel. We advised on all transport aspects of the scheme and negotiated with the local highway authority. The scheme is car-free apart from one disabled bay and also included a dropoff and servicing/refuse bay. The proposals were granted planning consent in August 2012.
