Corey is a Director at TPP and has over 26 years’ experience providing transport and traffic advice to predominately private sector clients. He has expertise in undertaking Transport Assessments for all forms of new developments.
Corey has worked on a wide range of projects including offices, residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use schemes throughout the UK. In recent years Corey has been involved in many residential projects in London and the South East with leading house builders including St James Group, Linden Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Bellway Homes. His extensive work in these regions means that he has a good understanding of the key transport issues likely to arise on developments in the London boroughs and the Home Counties.
Corey has gained extensive masterplanning experience on large-scale mixed-use town centre projects, this includes working with Hammerson and Morley Fund Management on shopping centres. He has gained a wide range of consultation experience with residents’ groups and other interested parties whilst working on regeneration projects. Corey has also successfully given evidence at public inquiries in support of several residential developments.
Corey’s proactive and pragmatic approach has in many cases led to agreements being reached quickly with highway authorities regarding the extent of any S278 works and/or the amount of transport related S106 payments.
In addition to advising on transport planning matters for UK developments, Corey has also advised overseas clients, including a Saudi Arabian developer in respect of a vehicle guidance system for a 7,000 space multi-storey car park for a mixed-use development in Cairo. He has also spent four years undertaking highway detailed design work and just under two years seconded to Balfour Beatty Amec working on the construction of the Jubilee Line Extension.
