Roger is a consultant at TPP and has over 26 years’ experience in the field of transport planning.
Roger’s expertise includes the design and assessment of highway, car parking and service area schemes. He has been responsible for guiding these aspects of the design process for several major private sector commercial developments. Roger is also experienced in the design of public transport interchange facilities.
He has an in-depth knowledge of the computer modelling programs used in junction capacity and local road network assessment.
Projects that he has worked on have included town centre master-planning, new retail centres, redevelopment of existing shopping centres and many road freight handling facilities. He is often able to find design solutions that get the maximum highway or facility capacity advantage whilst minimising the infrastructure requirements.
