Russell is a Director at TPP and has 21 years’ experience in transport planning and traffic engineering. Since joining TPP in 2006, Russell has worked on and managed a wide range of developments both in the UK and abroad. These include large master planning and urban regeneration schemes, retail-led mixed-use and office developments.
Some of his more significant projects include the extension to the National Maritime Museum, 240 Blackfriars Road office development, Serravalle Designer Outlet in northern Italy, master planning and leisure projects in Cairo and Sharm el Sheikh, Houghton Regis Urban Extension, Preston Tithebarn Urban Regeneration and Shrewsbury New Riverside shopping centre.
Russell also has a close working relationship with AEG, owners of The O2 in Greenwich, having worked on a number of schemes over the last seven years including detailed traffic plans to assist with event management and internal circulation, a hotel scheme, an office development and a retail designer outlet village, all of which have received planning consent. Russell is still awaiting the TPP Arena Box as thanks for his efforts.
