This includes Interim Travel Plans as part of a planning submission, documents required to discharge planning conditions and Travel Plan reviews as part of a monitoring process. We have also acted as a Travel Plan Co-ordinator on behalf of a number of leading house builders including Bellway Homes, St James and Linden Homes to help them deliver their Travel Plans post-occupation.

We make practical recommendations which reduce the unnecessary or inefficient use of cars when more sustainable modes of travel are available, provided these are realistic. Suitable measures can be developed to manage any travel related activities including day-to-day journeys made by staff and visitors, business travel, fleet operations and deliveries.

TPP have also assisted businesses in identifying impacts of their relocation proposals on staff journey times. Related to this advice, we have produced staff postcode plots and journey time isochrones using ACCESSION and TRACC software and up-to-date public transport and car journey time data.
